The Legacy Suite for the ProComp2 and the ProComp+ encoders includes channel sets, screens and scripts which make maximum use of the 256Hz and 32Hz sampling rates available in these 2 encoders. The suite can also be used with the 8-channel ProComp Infiniti encoder, or the 10-channel FlexComp Infiniti encoder. For ProComp Infiniti and FlexComp Infiniti, you simply change the dip switch settings to allow for the slower sampling rates, using up less hard disk space. The Legacy Suite lets you record, replay and review multiple channels of a single biofeedback modality or combinations of modalities such as, EEG, EKG, SEMG, Skin Conductance, HR/BVP, Heart Rate Variability, Respiration and Temperature. The screens in the suite are designed for assessment, feedback, training, review and report, to give you the perfect choice for your client's needs, be it for clinical, research or remote use using the ProComp2.

A number of new display instruments have been added to some of the screens to provide you with greater control for training and feedback. For example, you can easily adjust the threshold of the instrument “percentage of time above threshold” and change the cutoff frequencies while recording a session. You can also change the parent bar graph's threshold controls on the clinician's monitor and know that these will be mirrored on the client's child bar graphs on their monitor. The Legacy Suite includes PDF screen manuals for the ProComp2 and the ProComp+ encoders. The manuals are organized by main modality (EEG, EMG, EKG and Physiology). Below is a summary of each PDF manual.
Legacy Suite for ProComp2
The Legacy Suite for ProComp2 includes 74 screens with 36 new screens created by leading international clinicians and 5 new dual monitor screens to provide you with a view of the data while your client is engaged in a training session. All these new screens are in addition to the 74 screens with all your old favorites in the previous version. 12 new scripts have also been added for you to record client sessions. This way you can easily track client progress within a session and across sessions in easy-to-read trend reports.
The suite also includes screens for single and 2-channel EEG. Easily attain percentage above threshold, change cutoff frequencies on the fly, or change the animations from our library of over a 128 animations.

Attain a clinical point of view while your client is engaged in their training session. In this example, the clinician's monitor displays 2D and 3D FFTs, raw EEG and “parent” bargraphs that control the “child” bargraphs on the client's monitor. You can change the cutoff frequencies and the threshold while the session is running and averaging factors by pausing the session and changing the virtual channel settings. The client's monitor shows an animation, points and point animation (planes), as well as bargraphs to easily enable them to achieve their goals.
The Legacy Suite includes a variety of screens with eye catching graphics and easy instructions. Coupled with the ProComp2, it allows for remote training or as a second system in the clinic.

Legacy Suite for ProComp+
The Legacy Suite for ProComp+ includes 101 screens with 42 new screens created by leading international clinicians. Included with the new screens are 5 dual monitor screens to provide you with a view of the data while your client is engaged in a training session. All these new screens are in addition to the 73 screens with all your old favorites that were in the previous version.
Thirteen new scripts have also been added to the Stress Evaluation Script in the previous version, for you to record client sessions. They include EEG, EMG and physiology scripts. This way you can easily track client progress within a session and across sessions in easy-to-read trend reports.

This is a sample screen from Dr. Thompson. The goal for the client is to “feel” or “sense” the difference between theta (4-8 Hz) being high versus being low. Ask the client to raise the amplitude of theta (the boat breaks up) and then to purposefully lower it and “feel” the difference between these two mental states. Repeat it many times in order to gain a self-regulatory control.
Use this screen, designed by Louise Marks, to see which bands are high or low, as well as use auditory feedback to bring down Beta3 activity. The single line graph can be used to artifact data in review mode. The FFT display is useful for viewing dominant frequency shifts.
