    REGENERATION:
    Moisture Removal: baked under 390-660oF, 4-7 psi, dry air continuously for 3-4 hours, and then under cool dry air for another 2-3 hours until desiccants are completely cooled down.
    Organic Matter Removal: baked under hot steam air for 2-3 hours to replace organic matters with hot steam, and then conduct the procedure to remove moisture.

    MSIxx Sieve are primarily used to adsorb moisture, ammonia, and other matters in the air, in reducing moisture dew point, and thus to prevent or reduce formation of liquid water and its damage to new building materials. These new building materials are often used in applications of noise and heat insulation.

    MSFxx Sieve are primarily used with refrigeration medium, to adsorb moisture in the air and thus increase refrigerating efficiency. Often used with freezers.

    MSSxx Sieve is used in process of air separation. Its differentiation rates in adsoption of gasese allows the molecular sieve to be used in separation of different gases. Its highest rate of adsorption is to adsorb carbon dioxide, an enhancement of absorption over MSCxx.

    MSMxx Sieve is manufactured for humidity indication, with its color change more sensitive to humidity than silica gel which is commonly used. Note: temperature to regenerate molecular sieves can not exceed 350oC

    DEW POINT
    The condition at which moisture begins to condense and form as liquid water or ice on surface of an object.

    DEW POINT TEMPERATURE
    The temperature at which moisture begins to condense onto a surface forming liquid or ice.

    CONDENSATION occurs when temperature is equal to or drop below the dew point temperature. Dew point temperature will be higher if relative humidity is high. Therefore, reducing relative humidity will lower dew point temperature and prevent moisture condensation. A good observation of moisture condensation is formation of water droplets on tree leaves in spring morning due to higher humidity and lower temperature.
