Thanks to this extensive experience, we are confident we have a valuable
and unique business service for new float centres. We are now offering
Floataway franchise businesses for individuals who want to run a float
centre but who have no experience in this exciting field.
Costs
For a turnkey franchise centre using the Floataway name and logo, we
charge £6000 for the design manual and £1,000 per year per tank for the
use of our name and promotional support. This centre is wholly owned by
the customer, who retains all profits. Project management and other
build costs are negotiated separately as required. The tank prices are
standard.
Shared businesses
In certain circumstances, we are willing to share ownership, costs and
profits of a new centre. These contracts are negotiated individually.
However, it is a condition that the prospective business partner must
invest a minimum of £50,000.
Conditions
In order to enter into these agreements the customer must sign a
contract with us which enforces certain minimum standards, design rules,
marketing rules and procedures. In return we specify every aspect of
the operation in detail : the building criteria and interior designs,
signage, prices and, in fact, every aspect of running the new business.
This information is provided as a detailed written manual with pictures
and diagrams, plus staff recruitment, training and project management
meetings. The customer must then abide by these rules to maintain the
right to use our name.
