Floataway Custom Mouldings Service
As part of our service, we are sometimes asked to make special shapes such as custom shower trays, bespoke floor trays, architect designed shower enclosures and other made to measure GRP parts. We have our own craftsmen in our factory in Norfolk and we will quote a price and delivery on any dimensioned sketch or drawing. You can specify any size, out of square or unusual shapes, any colour, and we will be able to make it in best quality, long life, GRP with non slip surfaces and specially designed holes or fastenings. For non square shapes please make sure your dimensions are accurate with diagonal measurements, or send us an accurate template from hardboard or good quality greaseproof paper. Please be sure to specify whether you want extended flanges or returned flanges and so on with sketches. Usually these are one off requirements, but if you want more, we can make a mould and supply any number you need. These need not be part of a float room, we can make parts for bathrooms, spas, or indeed any situation.
Floataway produce the very top end GRP (fibre glass) products, highly polished, gel finished with no need to spray post production. Most other GRP companies just can not come close to the quality we expect of every panel we produce, that's why we keep it all within our our highly experienced team.
Ours is a very flexible and personal service. We have qualified engineers and designers to help with more technical requirements. We have for example made one off complete float rooms in GRP, unusual shower trays, pump and sump systems for basement showers, in fact many purpose deigned parts. We also make our own control systems and this can be extended to any special requirement for temperature control, filtering, timing and so on. Please contact us with your requirement.
