Where's my registration number?
The registration number for Freeze-Framer should be printed on two stickers located on the CD-ROM sleeve or cover. The registration numbers start with the letters "FF" followed by seven or eight digits. If you can't find them there, then look on the inside cover of the user's guide or manual, or you can even find them in the Freeze-Framer software from the Help menu under About Freeze-Framer.

If you still can't find the registration number of your Freeze-Framer software, which is required for the purchase of the emWave PC software upgrade, then you may need to contact technical support.
