When you exercise, the goal is to work just hard enough to break a sweat and stress your muscles.  For that you need the right weight.

Not too easy...

...but not too hard.

(So it's not frustrating)

The key to success is to find the right challenge. Not too hard... not too easy.

That's exactly what Bungalow therapy software does....

• Provides a therapeutic challenge, and
  
• Lets the patient progress gradually to harder and harder tasks.

Each program has several lessons of different difficulty.  You may need to try several lessons to find the appropriately challenging one. 

1. Try the easiest (lowest) level.    This is always the first lesson in a Bungalow program.  If the user answers less than half correct then the user might be discouraged.  If so, then that program is too difficult for them. 
   
2. Try the hardest (highest) level.   This will be the last lesson in a Bungalow program.  If the user answers more than 90% correct (on the first attempt for each question) then that program is probably too easy for the user.
   
3. If the patient can do the easiest level, but doesn't get the hardest level 90% (or more) correct, then that program is an appropriate ("therapeutic") difficulty level for them. He/she can gradually progress through through the multiple difficulty levels up to the hardest level.
