Assessment:
The main purpose of
this product is to conduct comprehensive
assessment of the autonomic function by means of
doing three different tests and getting conclusion
based on each individual test (and possibly their
combination). |

Resting Autonomic
Balance
A standard 5-min resting
HRV test is conducted. A standard short-term HRV
analysis is performed. Interpretation of test
results included. |

Cardiovascular
Health
A standard standup test is
conducted. Then analysis of the autonomic balance
before and after standup along with standup
maneuver analysis is performed. Interpretation of
test results included. |

Baroreceptor
Sensitivity
A standard deep
metronomic breathing test is conducted. Then
analysis of HR variation caused by paced breathing
is performed. Interpretation of test results
included. |

Flexible testing
protocols
Unlimited number of
assessment protocols can be created. Each protocol
is a set of tests of the same type of test:
Resting Autonomic Balance, Cardiovascular Health,
Baroreceptor Sensitivity. Such multi-test
protocols allow generating special comparative
assessments. |

Automatic
artifact detection and visual data
editing
The software utilizes a
sophisticated algorithm of abnormal HR detection
during the test and during final analysis.
Additionally the users can interactively verify
and edit HR data to ensure the best data
quality. |

The software
utilizes different types of data acquisition
devices used to acquire heart rate data during the
tests. The following devices are supported: Biocom
1000 pulse wave finger clip USB device, Biocom
2000 pulse wave ear-clip Bluetooth device, Biocom
4000 ECG USB recorder, Biocom 5000 ECG Bluetooth
recorder. |

Adjustable time
scale for the raw signal graph
The
software allows for selecting different time
scales when viewing recorded signals (ECG or pulse
wave) in
real-time.

Detailed
assessment report on HRV results of selected
test
The software generates
comprehensive assessment reports depending on the
type of tests:
- Resting Autonomic Balance
test. An autonomic balance assessment is generated
showing the status of balance between sympathetic
and parasympathetic systems as well as tonus of
the ANS. A verbal conclusion along with
appropriate recommendations is given.

Cardiovascular Health test. The assessment shows
two aspects of cardiovascular health: adequacy of
CV response to physical exertion and its
compensatory capacity. A verbal conclusion along
with appropriate recommendations is given.
- Baroreceptor Sensitivity test. The
assessment shows the ability of baroreceptors to
sense changes in blood pressure and maintain
adequate blood supply to vital organs. A verbal
conclusion along with appropriate recommendations
is given. |

Progress reports
on HRV results across all
tests
The software generates
progress reports to show the history of all test
results for selected type of test and specific
parameter assessed in this test. If protocol
includes multiple tests of the same type conducted
within the same assessment then all of them will
be shown on history graphs. |

Import test data
from HRV Live! picked with interactive data
selection protocol
HRV Live!
software allows for continuous recording of HR
data for unlimited period of time. It has
capability to pick multiple blocks of 5-min data
from the same record and save it in the file. This
software can read this file and import the data as
if they were result of performing a series of the
Resting Autonomic Assessment test within one
session. |

Export data in
Excel or ASCII format
The software
allows exporting selected test data including
client information, HRV data, RR intervals into
Excel or ASCII file. Additionally it can export
raw signal (pulse wave or ECG) into ASCII file
only. |
