Stress Sweeper training
Stress Sweeper is a
paced breathing tool to reduce stress, restore inner balance and improve
overall health.
The Stress Sweeper is a module of the Heart
Wizard™ program that helps you to get relief from stress in one single 5 minutes session or several consecutive sessions 5 minutes each
depending on the stress level. More than that Stress Sweeper makes you
understand how to change your breathing pattern for optimal impact on the
body.
Each training session shows a gained score for each
performed session, challenge you to do better next time with increased
difficulty level. Using Stress Sweeper on a constant basis will help you
to normalize your blood pressure and improve immune system.
Reduce your level of stress and build strong resistance to
the impact of stress in as little as 5-15 minutes a day.
Use Stress Sweeper daily to monitor your stress levels and
to alleviate symptoms and effects of stress and keep your autonomic system
in balance. As you maintain this balance, you'll find your health,
productivity, mood and mental clarity all improving as well.
Doing the test
Prepare for the test. Heart Wizard™ provides
simple-to-follow instructions to get started including visuals. Plug-in
the Heart Wizard™'s USB pulse wave sensor, attach the ear-clip to your
earlobe or a finger, sit down and relax.
Once you're ready click
the "Start" button for recording. The device will be turned into recording
state to monitor and transmit the data to your computer.
You will be
asked to sit comfortable breathing following the on-screen pacer in while
Heart Wizard™ monitoring the quality of your performance.
Stress Sweeper report
When you're done, Heart Wizard™ analyses all
data gathered during the session and generates the report. Here are the
parameters displayed in the Stress Sweeper report.
Training Score. This parameter shows the actual score
you got for the training session. It's being calculated based on your
accuracy and performance during the test. If user's Training Level is
"Beginner", he can get up to 100 points, "Intermediate" can get maximum
200 points, "Advanced" can get absolute maximum of 300 points. The level
is being assigned automatically depending on the performance in several
sessions. It can be increased as well as lowered when the performance is
poor.
Training Focus. This parameter
shows how focused the user was during the session in percent of the
session time. Focusing means following the breathing pacer precisely. To
get higher score user must breathe as accurate as he can.
Training Capability. At some moments of the session
user performed better than at the average of the session. These moments
data is being analyzed to calculate this parameter. It shows what score
user could have got if his performance was that well during the all
session time. This parameter is user's potential Stress Sweeper score.
Progress Since Last session. This
parameter show the progress has been made by user since the last session.
It is a difference in training score with the last session. Do your best
to keep this parameter positive at all times. |
