| "What do I do at the Theatre of Inner Imagery?" |
This theatre is an “imagination theatre.” Optimal experience is achieved if you do these exercises with another person — each one of you wearing one of the SCL sensors (index finger and ring finger sensors). You can do the Inner Imagery on your own however, so don't miss the experience for lack of a handy partner. But, in order to gain entrance to the theatre you must remove one of the magic rings on the ring or index finger momentarily. |

|
| "What happens if you hand off the finger sensors to someone else?" |
Keep in mind that the finger sensing circuitry is adaptive to each user. If a new user puts on the rings please allow 25 seconds for the sensor circuitry to recalibrate to the new user. |

| "How can I use this game?" |
You can use this game in many different ways:
1. You can play straight through, but take your time. There are over 10 hours of gameplay and the skills you learn are best retained when you take time to absorb them. So have fun — relax, enjoy, and explore.
2. You could bookmark a room or challenge and save the game to come to every day as a place to practice calming or energizing — like a daily meditation or exercise.
3. You could have your friends play their version of The Journey at the same time and explore together or even race. But realize that if you're “racing,” the harder you try to win, the easier it will be for your friend to get to the end before you. |

| "Help! My heart sensor isn't detecting my heartbeat. What can I do?" |
The heart sensor (middle finger, sensor with gold dot) can be very sensitive. If you're having trouble, try these things:
1) It sounds crazy, but make sure the plug from the sensors is completely connected to the Light Stone. It may seem connected and you may even still get readings from the SCL sensors but unplug it and replug it in ALL THE WAY.
2) Try to be still while you're doing the events. Sometimes this is not a problem but if you're having trouble, steady your hand a bit.
3) Make sure it's positioned right on your finger, that the flaps are on the tops of your fingers and that the soft part of your finger tip is right over the sensor window. If you finger is too far forward or back, you won't get a good reading, so look for the "sweet spot".
4) It's winter time and a warm hand works best. Keep your hands warm (try rubbing them together) and try to keep your hand resting on your leg so it's pointing down and blood is flowing down your limb.
5) Remember, even a weak signal will work the game, so not to worry if the System Screen reads "weak signal".
For weak SCL signals (pointer and ring fingers) you might also try a little moisturizer on your hands. Not too much, and remember to keep your sensors clean by wiping them off with a lightly dampened cloth with alchohol.
Keep in mind, some people on certain medications or certain medical conditions, may not get a good reading.
