Connecting Your Somatron 1. Connections: Connect the gray cable from the Somatron to your stereo amplifier according to the following color codes:
2. Stereo Settings: For maximum vibro-tactile effect set the bass control on the stereo amplifier to maximum and the loudness button on (if your stereo has one). Set the desired body vibration level by adjusting the volume control on the amplifier first, then (if your Somatron has one) adjust the volume level to the ear speakers using the control knob on the Somatron. 3. Fuses: Two 2 amp. Fast Acting fuses included with your Somatron. Should your Somatron cease to emit sound, check these fuses and replace if blown. 4. Your stereo system should be rated at 10 to 100 watts (Wedge - 20 to 40 watts) of power for proper operation. BOOM BOXES do not have sufficient power and should NOT be used.
