How it works
The world around us seems to be
completely observed and investigated. But in reality a
lot of things are still have to be revealed. Our daily
life is surrounded by numerous positive and negative
factors, and human body comes to be a reflector of
changes around us.
The human body is a complex
self-regulating system that constantly responds to the
external changes in the surrounding world. The body
continuously tries to adjust its internal functions for
the most efficient performance. When a state of balance
is achieved, all internal regulatory mechanisms operate
in so-called inner balance. Maintaining this inner
balance with ease in the face of the changing conditions
of our external and internal environment is a sign of
health. Inner balance is the key to longevity and is a
healthy response to the stress of life.
The inner balance and strength of regulatory system
can be affected by various positive and negative
factors, such as:
- Various health conditions
- Intense emotions
- Acute and chronic stress and fatigue
- Toxins
- Diet and exercise
- Medications
- Therapies
- Vitamins and supplements
- Yoga and meditation
- Stress reduction techniques
- And many more
How is the inner balance measured?
Most of the body's functions are
controlled by the autonomic nervous system through its
calming and stimulating branches acting like the brakes
and accelerator for an automobile. It is essential to
have both in order to run the vehicle appropriately,
safely and efficiently. If too much gas is used, this
overcharges the vehicle. Apply too much brakes and the
system is sluggish. This analogy works in a simplified
manner to express how the autonomic nervous system
functions in the body.
By measuring the heart's rhythmic
patterns (also called Heart Rate Variability, or HRV)
the Inner Balance Scan can assess your body’s inner
balance and ability for self-regulation very
accurately.
A 5-minute recording of the pulse
wave with a simple
ear-clip pulse wave sensor is all
that is needed to quickly receive an accurate assessment
of your inner balance.
The system evaluates whether you are
in balance and provides insights into the strength of
all self-regulatory mechanisms.
Measurements can be taken before and
after any procedure to evaluate the shifts in your inner
balance. So you can see if a desired effect on your body
is achieved and your Inner Balance is
improved. |
